An emerging artist at 18, he has already won national recognition twice from Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. He won 18 awards locally over 2 years plus Best of Show (American Vision Award). He has been a member of Atelier 6000, Bend’s printmaking studio. Shane has studied painting under mentor Ron Schultz and continues to study painting at Pacific NW College of Art, Portland.
